Extract Department
At our Sandemetrio laboratories, we produce mother tinctures, fluid extracts and gemoderm derivative, to French Pharmacopoeia standards. The use of natural raw materials, generally grown and harvested on site, allows the extraction process to be started within a few hours of harvesting, therefore preserving the integrity of the active ingredients.
Extraction from fresh plant materials involves washing in special ceramic containers, and maceration in steel containers with a hydroalcoholic solution.
