Description

Ingredients: alder buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark, senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaves, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaves and flowers.

The infusion can be prepared in the classic method of placing the mixture in a cup (200 ml), pouring boiling water over it, and letting it infuse for 5-6 minutes.

Recommended sweetener:  Stevia San Demetrio.
