Description
Ingredients: bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva ursi L. Spreng) leaves, birch (Betula pubescens Ehrh.) leaves, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial part, cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpum Aiton).
The infusion can be prepared in the classic method of placing the mixture in a cup (200 ml), pouring boiling water over it, and letting it infuse for 5-6 minutes.
Recommended sweetener: Stevia San Demetrio.
